Working as part of a network to limit local CO2 emissions: a French testimony from the Saône Beaujolais Community of Urban Area

As part of the PATH2LC project, the ALTE69 -French partner- interviewed Florence Damevin, Positive Energy Territories and SECAPs Project Manager at the Saône Beaujolais Community of Urban Areas.
In this interview, Florence Damevin talks about the benefits of being part of a network of territories at local, national or European level, to implement her local SECAP. She highlights the common need for evaluation and monitoring of SECAPs that was met through exchanges of practices on governance bodies, tools and communication with elected representatives and local residents.
